An interesting fact- In spring 2009, one of our regular transatlantic customers bought an unusually large quantity of our chocolate coated candied gingers. She chose them as her favorite treat to take with her in space. After months of tests, our gingers left earth in July 2009. As food apparently tastes milder in zero gravity, our soft yet strong Australian candied gingers are a wonderful flavour sensation in and out of this world.
