Drinking chocolate was consumed as early as the 18th century as a medicinal drink, inspiring us to pack our origin drinking chocolate flakes in chic apothecary style jars. Our hot chocolate is unique as it is made from real chocolate flakes conched and refined in our atelier in Kent, unlike most mixes which are made from cocoa powder, sugar and starch. We conche and refine all of our hot chocolate flakes from ground cocoa beans to create an intense and full flavour.
