The production atelier based in Ashford Kent is the heart of Artisan du Chocolat. Guide by Gerard Coleman, the founder, a small team of highly skilled and passionate chocolatiers craft everything sold in Artisan's shops from A (anise and coffee ganache) to Z - well almost (no chocolate starting with Z but we do pan some rather appetising chocolate coated Wasabi peas).
