Our Praline Rochers must be the most indulgent nut based chocolate we produce. By filling a 72% dark chocolate shell or 40% milk chocolate shell with an intense hazelnut praline, covering this shell with more chocolate to allow the crunchy cocoa nibs and hazelnut pieces to stick and finally covering the whole thing in even more chocolate, our Rochers are extreme and to die for.
