Since creating the famous sea salted caramels for Gordon Ramsay’s menu at Claridges, Gerard has continued researching ingredients to compliment his original recipe. Only the most successful samples, dutifully vetted by volunteer salted caramel fans, are allowed on our shelves, numbered by the timeline of their conception. Our N°4 caramel has a sweet yet savoury taste finishing in a gentle heat.
