Since creating the famous sea salted caramels for Gordon Ramsay’s menu at Claridges, Gerard has continued researching ingredients to compliment his original recipe. Only the most successful samples, dutifully vetted by volunteer salted caramel fans, are allowed on our shelves, numbered by the timeline of their conception. N°15 combines sage and thyme with our classic salted caramel resulting in a very unique flavour. The sweet sage and bitter thyme add a new depth to the caramel and push the boundaries of sweet and savory combinations. Our most unusual salted caramel.
