When our Chocolatier's Father was diagnosed with Diabetes it became our mission to produce a good quality sugar free bar. Because these bars are sucrose free does not mean that they can be eaten without limits. It just means that, if you are going to eat chocolate, these bars are probably the best for your health and taste buds. Sugar free bars are also good for people watching their calories as maltitol has 50% less calories than sucrose and is tooth friendly. We meticulously select our raw ingredients for their flavour and wholesomeness: carefully fermented ground criollo and trinitario beans from chosen regions, pure cocoa butter and cane sugar. We mix, conche and refine each batch in our production in Kent. We make our own chocolate with love, devotion and the sole intent to bring you great chocolate
