Did you know that this range holds some of the very first chocolates we created and presented to Gordon Ramsay and Heston Blumenthal for their 3 Michelin starred restaurants down the road from our Chelsea boutique and chocolates . From crunchy praline to tangy layered exotic fruit jelly, chewy salted caramel to melt-in-the-mouth almond paste and nougat, popping praline to and smooth infused ganaches, each chocolate harmonizes the showcased flavour with specific cocoa beans to make taste buds sing.
