When it comes to chocolate, we believe that too much of a good thing can be wonderful. To dial up the indulgence of our eggs, we have overlaid parts of their delicious shells with a softer complementing layer studded with inclusions. A single bite brings a symphony of tastes and textures: intense single origin Colombian dark chocolate shell, soft caramelised white chocolate with a hint of Blackthorn salt, crunchy caramel pieces and to top it, a scattering of speculoos spiced biscuit and chocolate crumbs. Our eggceptional eggs are hidden under a whimsical array of raspberry, elderflower and dark chocolate truffles.
