Our salted caramels are all lip-smacking delicious from the original ones to the balsamico, passion fruit, smoked salt or spiced figs. But we have a soft spot for our latest creation: salted caramel is blended with mint.
Our beloved salted caramels are getting greener. Not that we have changed our famous recipe, created for Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s, but rather that our packaging is now plastic free with our new cotton drawstring bags, courtesy of Bags of Ethics. These are made of 100% recycled material – eco-friendly and reusable. Moreover, our tamper labels and inner bags are now completely compostable, so you can feed your garden as well as yourself.

Sugar, cocoa mass, cream (milk), cocoa butter, cocoa powder, glucose syrup, butterfat (milk), fresh mint, sea salt, emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural vanilla extract.
Milk and Soya. Not suitable for Nut and Wheat allergy sufferers and Coeliacs due to manufacturing methods.
